DEROGATION FROM THE AGREEMENT / RETURN OF GOODS
- Under the Law of March 2, 2000 "On the protection of certain consumer rights and o liability for damage caused by a dangerous product" and its subsequent amendments,a also in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act of 01 January 2021 pursuant to Article 385’1 — 385’5 OJ 1920.1740 t.j. application of consumer rules to a natural person operating an economic activity.
- Consumer Client and Entrepreneur with Consumer Rights, who concluded the Agreement the sale may be withdrawn within 14 days without giving a reason. This is possible only where the goods have not been used or destroyed in any way.

DEFINITIONS
Working days - means the days of the week from Monday to Friday excluding public holidays.
Client - means the entity to which the electronic services may be provided with the Rules of Procedure and with legal provisions, or with which the Sales Agreement may be concluded.
Consumer - means the natural person making the with an entrepreneur of a legal activity not directly related to his business, or professional.
